Changes

• Added a main switch for Internet connection.
  Net functions and related dialogs can now be hidden when no Internet connection is used.
• All add-ons are now available for trial by watching video ads.
  The standard trial period is now 2 days.

BugFix

• Fixed incorrect text in some dialogs.
• Fixed a bug in which the trial period did not end by watching video ads.
